Welcome to Relationship Manager ("ERM", "the App"). By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Relationship Manager is a personal relationship management application that helps you keep track of contacts, birthdays, gift ideas, notes, photos, and more. The App is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and operates primarily on your device.
By using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you accept these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The App optionally allows you to sign in with a Microsoft or Google account to enable cloud sync, contact import, email lookup, and photo features. When you sign in, you are also subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party provider:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party account credentials. We do not store your passwords or authentication tokens on our servers.
All data you enter is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, storage, and your rights.

The App, its source code, design, and documentation are the property of their respective authors and are made available under the terms of the project's open-source license. You may view the source code on our GitHub repository.
Content you create within the App (contacts, notes, gift ideas, etc.) remains yours. We do not claim any ownership over your personal data.
The App integrates with third-party services including Microsoft Identity Platform, Google Identity Services, face-api.js, and product search APIs. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the authors or contributors of the App be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Because data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from browser data clearing, device failure, or any other cause. We recommend using the export and automatic backup features available in Settings.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time. You can erase all local data from Settings → Data → Erase All Data. To revoke third-party access, disconnect your accounts from Settings or visit your provider's permissions page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App's primary maintainer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
